The agreements behind foql
The policies behind foql, at the version currently in force. Everyone accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy; creators also accept the biometric notice and the Payment Terms in the app. The License Agreement for a clip and the Post Agreement for a post are not templates to read here: each is written from the actual terms and issued to both parties at the moment of approval, and kept with the clip or post.
